Seth Holmes, CEO of InRev, provides Fractional CFO and Business Advisory Services to a broad array of entrepreneurs, start-ups, and growth focused organizations. He also serves as the CFO of The DSO Project (www.dsoproject.com), ICON Dental Partners (www.icondentalpartners.com), TailHand (www.tailhand.com), and serves on several boards for rollup transactions in the healthcare and pet industries.


Seth is a seasoned finance leader and professional in many segments and revenue sources. He has developed significant expertise in business planning, strategy, financial analyses, capital management, joint-venture partnerships, and related topics. He has experience in financial services, auto, product launch/GTM, leisure, and healthcare industries. Seth has served as Controller for a rapidly growing organization as it boomed from 6 locations to over 16; oversaw the cash to accrual accounting transition and ERP conversion; and aided in a successful private equity transaction.


In addition to his fractional and volunteer work, Seth is a respected internal consultant to the CFO and a Strategic Finance Leader in a $27B inter-region healthcare organization; leading financial, strategic and economic analyses to drive diversified growth opportunities and sustainability. He owned and operated his own successful franchise while attending college; achieving the President’s Club award for sales, customer, and employee satisfaction. He has achieved over 16+ years of progressively responsible finance and accounting leadership roles.

Personal

When Seth is not "playing" in Excel, he enjoys playing piano or pickleball. His other favorite activities include golf, hiking, camping, anything on the water, or just playing board-games with his wife and two boys. He loves helping people and serving in his community; recently completing over 7 years on the Board of Directors for a local credit union, and serves in his local church.
